Note: Dues and fees are processed exclusively through Truist. The HCOA office no longer processes any payments.
There are three options for making payments to HCOA through Truist: by Check, Online Bill Pay, or In Person at a Truist branch.
By Check: Please make checks payable to HCOA and return in the envelope provided to the Orlando, FL, address listed on the invoice.
Online Bill Pay: Use Truist’s online bill pay (or you can use your bank’s bill pay service) or auto pay options at truist.com/payments.
In Person: You can also pay at a Truist branch if you have your coupon. The closest branch is downtown at 305 Church Street.
We take into account mailing and posting time.
HCOA Annual Dues: $500 due January 1.
Dues are late after February 1. A $100 late fee will be processed after that date. Additional late fees of $100 will continue to accrue on a quarterly basis. Mailing and posting time is taken into account when determining late fees.
Lawn Care Community Quarterly Fees:
Eastern Shore: $438
Mallard’s Landing (Patio): $432
Mallard’s Landing (Townhomes): $337
Stoneleigh Terrace: $472
Due dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1
Late fees of $100 are assessed by the first day of the following month. Additional late fees of $100 will continue to accrue on a quarterly basis.
