A Members-Only Facility
The Hampton House is an amazing facility best known for its stunning Olympic-plus-size pool. Residents of Hampton Cove have the option to purchase a membership to the Hampton House, but owning a home in Hampton Cove does not automatically grant a Hampton House membership. Memberships are associated with the property and may either be conveyed to the buyer during a sale or transferred to another Hampton Cove property when moving within the community. Aquatic Facilities
The Hampton House has the largest community pool in the region. Home to the Hampton Cove Hurricanes swim team, the pool is open and staffed with lifeguards from May to September. The pool, which was resurfaced in 2015, includes lap lanes, a closed-top slide and a diving board. The aquatic facility also features a toddler pool, hot tub and giant umbrellas for shade.
Gym, Tennis, Volleyball and Rentals
Members can work out (4am – 11pm) in a well-equipped gym without leaving the neighborhood. The Hampton House also offers six clay tennis courts with lights for late games, and an on-site tennis pro is available to the members for lessons, clinics, and to organize tournaments. Just off the back lawn is a sand volleyball court for members who want to grab some friends for a game. The Hampton House offers three rental spaces for hosting your own events and parties.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
The Hampton House holds many events for members and the community throughout the year. In the summer, members enjoy dive-in movies, holiday pool parties, and an elaborate fireworks display on the Fourth of July. Holiday-themed events happen throughout the rest of the year, as well as on Halloween, Christmas and New Year’s.
